At Salty Living LTD, we want to ensure that our guests have a clear understanding of our refund process. Please review the policy below, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for bookings.

1. Full Refund Policy
Guests are eligible for a full refund of their booking payment if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled stay.
2. No Refunds for Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before the Stay
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled stay, no refund will be provided. This policy ensures that we can plan and accommodate our guests appropriately, as well as manage availability.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel a booking, please process the cancellation through cloudbeds booking confirmation. Once your refund request has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
