What is the check-in and check-out time?Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request.

What rooms and spaces are included in the condo?Our luxury condo boasts three spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept dining and living area. Relax on three private balconies and a terrace, and enjoy access to a shared infinity pool and rooftop terrace.

What amenities are included?The condo features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water, high-speed Internet (100 Mbps symmetric), Smart TVs, a sound system, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a convection oven. Guests can also enjoy a shared infinity pool with stunning sunset views over Tamarindo Bay, a shared rooftop terrace, four private balconies, and shaded, gated parking.

Is the condo family-friendly?Yes! Our apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, modern amenities, and a comfortable space for children. Please note that stairs are required to access the apartment.

Are pets allowed?Unfortunately, our premises are not pet-friendly.

How close is the condo to the beach and town?The condo is just a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the beach and the lively center of Tamarindo, providing convenient access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

Is parking available?Yes, we offer on-site parking in a secure garage for all guests with SUV-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles can be accommodated in a shaded parking spot. Please inquire in advance for electric vehicle charging options.
